McDonald's in Feucht

The McNuggets tasted like nothing. Nothing at all. I was afraid I had Corona. But after I drank the bad-tasting cola, I knew I was fine. Otherwise the shop was filthy, it may not be cleaned anymore due to the corona situation.

The food is actually always freshly prepared. Can only say good things. :-)

There has been no breakfast for days, neither in Feucht nor in Altdorf, simply canceled without replacement! WHY? why then use vouchers in the app and other vouchers from Thursday? The best is always taken away!

Parking spaces at the restaurant, drive-in restaurant, take-away food, slide for children, indoor and outdoor seating. Order via terminal, at the cash register or via app. You can then have the order brought to your place or pick it up at the counter. Food quality typical for McDonald's. Currently in lockdown there is only takeaway food.

Unfortunately the worst McDonalds I know. The milkshake machine is basically defective, coupons cannot be accepted, both from the app and postal ones, and if only one coupon per car in the McDrive. Either arbitrariness or poorly trained staff. This is not how you keep customers, not even during Corona times when everyone shows a lot of forbearance. The pizzeria 2 Go, across from the Hagebauparkplatz, is quite good;)

Faster drive-in, never waited long and eating was always right, which is not always the case with other branches.

Smaller, but very modern branch of the well-known fast food chain, which has so far been characterized by very good order and delivery service. Especially now in Corona times, this branch shone with the fact that nothing was forgotten in the take-away orders and everything was done exactly as ordered. The branch already has the modern order systems with touchscreen. There is also a McDrive for the passage.

Employees have no plan of hospitality or their job. Goods are as always at MCDonalds ...

Super nice and helpful staff. My car broke down because of the battery and they all helped me without hesitation. Was then able to continue driving again. Thanks!

Instead of cola, only get colored water, French fries are cold, old and wobbly .. and instead of a McChicken classic I get a McRip without sauce .. thanks! Again I was disappointed with this shop. It's a shame that you have no competition around the corner, then I wouldn't be tempted to give you a new chance over and over again ... you don't use it after all. It was 5:30 p.m. and it was really busy. How you manage to get the fries cold at all is a mystery to me ... ridiculous!

Standing in front of the checkout for ages without our order being taken. Only orders with a touchpad appear to have been processed. Then left because it got too stupid for us.

Terrible, never seen such unfriendly staff. Especially the male older employee who assigns people to the table during Corona time. You feel like you're in the military, don't sit down incorrectly, kicking out would have been friendly compared to his behavior. The food is not fresh, the branch is extremely dirty. Generally extremely unfriendly one is not received but rather processed!

Actually, you shouldn't give a star at all! We just wanted to have a hot chocolate with the kids. The staff asked very rudely if we need to be inside ??! ??? So ordered at the machine, specified bring to the table, but still had to get it yourself. The hot chocolate in the paper cup was almost cold and there wasn't even a plate for the cookies. The staff is very unfriendly and gives the customer the feeling that he is not wanted! Then please close or change the staff!

The staff was nice and tried very hard. It was not possible to redeem the desired vouchers from the MC Donalds APP. For a company like MC Donalds that is absolutely intolerable. There is only one star for the nice staff. The rest was not sustainable.

Cheeseburger packed without meat ... this is really the first place in the quality limbo.

Not too many options for vegetarians but the ones that are available are really tasty. It’s a little messy and could get cleaned more.

I ordered extra online so that I didn't have to wait too long at the drive in, but I was allowed to wait almost 10 minutes at the counter until my meal came (a total of about 25 minutes after receipt of the order). The service was unfriendly and I had to find out at home that what was missing from the order and that a hair had landed in the fries. Would definitely avoid the branch if possible!

Standard, waiting time tends to be longer than in other McDs.

Very nice, visiting at least 3 times a week. Good service, nice atmosphere and the food good . Quiet and easy to find there is also a nice playground for kids.
